Tribunus Labs (“Tribunus”, “we”, “us”) provides development decision infrastructure for professional developers. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's PIPA and Canada's PIPEDA.
01What we collect
Access request info — name, email, company.
Project materials — addresses, lot details, drawings/plans, feasibility notes you choose to share during early access.
Technical data — IP address, device/browser info, timestamps for security and analytics.
02How we use information
Provide early access and onboarding — create/manage your access, evaluate fit, schedule calls.
Respond to inquiries — send requested information.
Generate feasibility analysis — using your content to outline requirements with citations.
Operate and improve — secure and enhance our platform.
Email updates — product information; you can unsubscribe at any time.
03Customer content
Your content remains yours. We treat it as confidential and use it only to provide requested services.
No model training without consent. We do not use customer content to train AI models unless you give explicit written permission.
Limited access. Only authorized staff and vetted providers bound by confidentiality obligations.
04Legal bases
Canada (PIPA/PIPEDA) — we collect, use, and disclose personal information for reasonable purposes; you can request access and corrections.
EU/UK (GDPR) — where applicable, we rely on consent, contract, and legitimate interests. GDPR data-subject rights apply.
05Sharing
We use third-party service providers (hosting, form intake, email, analytics) under instruction and with appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights, or as part of a corporate transaction.
06Data location
Our infrastructure may store or process information outside your province or country (including the U.S.). We use contractual safeguards consistent with PIPA/PIPEDA and GDPR transfer mechanisms where applicable.
07Security
We apply industry-standard measures including TLS encryption, least-privilege access, and audit controls. No method is 100% secure; we continually strengthen protections.
08Retention
Access request data — retained until you request deletion.
Customer content — retained only as needed, then deleted or returned on request.
09Your rights
Unsubscribe — via email link at any time.
