Better development decisions
start with better evidence

We are building Tribunus because we have seen development approvals up close, especially in Vancouver, where strong projects can still be exposed to changing policies, unclear requirements, fragmented records, and costly cycles of back and forth.

As third-generation developers, we understand that the real cost is not simply time spent searching. It is the risk of making a major project decision from an assumption that is incomplete, unsupported, or no longer current. Those surprises push timelines, increase carrying costs, and force teams to revisit work that should have been resolved earlier.

Tribunus gives development teams one project-specific view of what they are proposing, what municipal rules currently require, what fees may apply, how comparable projects were decided, and what could materially affect the path to approval. Every important conclusion is tied back to evidence the team can inspect and defend.

The goal is straightforward: help teams surface approval risk earlier, reduce avoidable rework, and make better-informed decisions throughout the life of a development project.

The product is being shaped through a partnership of deep real estate development experience and world-class engineering, ensuring it stays grounded in real workflows, verifiable evidence, and practical value.
